A gentleman I met the previ- ous morning sat across from me and said, "Thanks for the bracelet, I stopped at the prayer table and asked them to include your brother in their daily prayers." We never know how far those little bits of kindness and compassion go in the world but I have experienced it over and over again how one seemingly simple ges- ture of humanity can change another's life. Sometimes along the way we are given the gift of peace through the places, people, experiences and movements along our journeys. When those moments hit and we allow ourselves the blessing of just being, we are restored through the connections we make and the sonatas we cre- ate; we are given a glimpse of grace in its most profound form.
