We, at the Brunch Bunch, have been busy. Shown is Amy Phillips at the early stages of a painting of an Appaloosa, gray in color, that she is painting for a family member. If you visited Amy's art display at the Art Show in May you would have seen the beautiful work she does. Amy was Peoples Choice winner in 2007 with her painting titled "Courting". Amy joined the Brush Bunch in 1997 and felt that drawing and painting were beyond her ability. She proved herself wrong. She is a very good artist. Along with the Brush Bunch Amy is a member of the Nelson County Arts group where she has entered some of her art work. She favors water colors but has experimented in other mediums. Amy also monitors our younger artists, thanks for that Amy. She is also serving a two year term as club vice-president.
